David Tarté is the founder of IronLyrica, blending science-backed training with a diverse professional background. His fitness journey began at Rice University as a classical musician seeking solutions for chronic pain. What started as rehabilitation evolved into a passion for building strength and a balanced, natural physique. David helps clients build muscle, lose fat, prevent injury, and improve mobility, posture, and alignment. He works with busy professionals, seniors, and musicians, tailoring training to every fitness goal.

How Long do Sessions Run?

Standard sessions are 60 minutes. Longer or shorter sessions are also available depending on your needs and goals.

Where are in-person sessions held?

Sessions are held at One2One Training Center located at 6322 Richmond Ave. in Houston, TX. However, at-home or apartment training is also an option!

Do you offer group training?

Yes! Bring your friends!

Do you offer online training?
